EQUIPMENT WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Powr-Flite equipment has been carefully tested and inspected at the factory. It is guaranteed, subject to the terms stated in this warranty, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any parts which, upon examination, prove to be defective in material and workmanship. For warranty claims, call our Customer Service Department.
NOTE: Electric cable switches, carbon brushes and couplings are excepted from these guarantees, but the purchaser is assured meticulous care has been exercised in the selection, assembling and testing of these parts before shipping. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, fire or to any Powr-Flite product which has been repaired by other than an authorized Powr-Flite distributor or factory personnel. Warranty is void if products are used for any purpose other than that which was intended. Please read instruction manuals and maintenance instructions carefully.

Credit Terms
Our open account terms are net 30 days.
COD Orders
COD orders must be paid by certified check or money order.
We also accept checks after processing the proper account information.

30 DAY GUARANTEE
Not everyone will back up their products with a money back guarantee. We do. We have a reputation for quality products - quality parts and quality workmanship, backed by the best guarantee in the business. If it is wrong we will fix it. In fact, we are so confident that we can make it right, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied, we aren’t satisfied. If it is necessary to return an item a Return Authorization Number (RA) must be obtained through our Customer Service Department.
Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will accept returned items that are damaged in any way up to 60 days from the invoice date. Special ordered items may not be returned for credit. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returns made after 60 days.

3. To ensure immediate credit processing, all returns must have
Return Authorization Number on the outside of the carton.
4. We cannot accept returns of used, abused, defaced or damaged equipment .
DAMAGED OR LOST MERCHANDISE CLAIMS
Report all claims for merchandise damaged in shipment to the delivery carrier (UPS, RPS, freight company, etc.) But remember to keep the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier. Claims must be made within 30 days of shipment.
All carriers require you to inform us about carton shortages or damaged material. IMPORTANT: Do not sign for shipment until you’ve checked the carton count and looked for damage. Freight damaged claims must be initiated by you. Keep both the shipping container and the damaged material for inspection or pick-up.
